Twice bad services. Always bring cold food. It seems they're letting food sit until it's cold and the foods getting worse everytime we go there. NOT RECOMMEND. Go to Andrea's, same family, hot food, better services. No B.S "because we are busy"

Good little breakfast and lunch place decent size portions very nice staff

Great menu and daily specials. The dinner salad offered with most meals is sub-par. It’s purple and black fancy lettuce that has a bitter taste and not fully dressed and just blah. Just go for a normal American style tossed salad and this would be a better review. Their daily meals are hit and miss. Most are great, some feel like grade school cafeteria offerings and others seem boxed/canned and not homemade. Don’t understand all the hype of this place. It’s good, don’t get me wrong. Not great.

We had breakfast. Eggs were beautifully done, home fries golden, toast warm and toasted. Good links. Our server was pleasant and very attentive.

Great food! The staff and patrons are always nice and up for conversation. Their ac was broken the last time we went. So we decided to eat outside. We were invited to share a table by a gentleman who we created conversation with the whole time we were there! This is a regular stop for us now!

Awesome atmosphere, and great service.However, you want to eat here, you need plenty of time. It gets really busy

Good food and fast service! Its super tight on seating. My knees kept hitting the empty chairs at our table. Not enough room to push them back for leg room.

Great breakfast place, you will see all your friends and regulars there enjoying a fine breakfast.

Food was good, and the service was great. My only complaint would be the time taken to get seated (take a number and wait) I know there is not a lot they can do about that, but the cramped space you have to wait in is not so pleasant.

Very good service. Great food. Great prices. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us multiple times. Would definitely return if we lived closer.

This was my family's first time here. Small place . The breakfast meal we all had was very good. Well portioned. Service was great. It would be nice to have a rolled down shade for the back outside area so the sun won't be on you. I do recommend this place.

This is my favorite breakfast spot in Winter Haven. Great diner food. Fastest short order cooks on the planet. Ample, friendly, attentive wait staff. Place is always hopping. Can't go wrong here.

Great Hometown experience; excellent food Service fantastic and their hospitality was Off the chart. Priced very good for what you Receive . Owner and servers were friendly And I will continue to frequent this clean Establishment. As you can tell I am rating It 4 Stars

One of the best breakfast spots in Winter Haven. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff are great and the owner is such a sweetheart. This is a #1 place to visit if your in the polk county/ winter haven. You will not be disappointed. Everything on the menu.

Great breakfast at a good price. We were seated quickly and the food came just as fast. Overall satisfied with this place and would return for a nice breakfast, however staff could be more friendly. The cashier at the end (presumably a manager) was the least friendly employee I’ve encountered at a restaurant in a while.

First visit. This place is AWESOME! Food is amazing. Great atmosphere in dining room, down home feel, nice patio area and it has a drive-thru. Service was exceptional and they make great Arnold Palmers. We will definitely be back. So happy its close to my place.

Extremely popular and attentive staff at the classic American breakfast and lunch diner. Parking lot and restaurant were packed, and the food was delicious, with a range of classics and free refills on coffee. We plan to go back.

This is a tiny spot located close to downtown Winter Haven. Seating is very limited so I do not recommend large crowds. However, it is a great breakfast-brunch spot that serves pretty tasting food items with flavor that range from famous omelets to pancakes to steak and bacon. While I highly recommend for a quick bite to eat on the week day, it can be rather crowded on the weekend and it closes at 2:30 P.M. Parking is tight but there is street parking available. The waiter service was great today. Our waiter was personable, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. I was appreciative of him bringing the adults' attention to the kids menu and making sure the kids food came out before the adults.I highly recommend and it will remain one of my favorite restaurant choices for breakfast.

The service was excellent. My server Marie was awesome...I've eaten there a few times but this visit was was amazing. The food was perfect. Just like I ordered. Service was perfect. Got to dine outside. I left a very happy person.

A great spot off 17 to get some breakfast or lunch. Our server was friendly and even though the restaurant was busy our food came out pretty quickly, probably 10 minutes or less after we ordered. I wish the kids menu had a few more options but it worked out better for us just ordering a regular meal anyway since my 3 year old ate all 3 sausage links and his eggs. Definitely a good value and better food than the chain places nearby.

Food was bland. Service was okay. I had to ask the server for things multiple times. The food did come out fast which I appreciate especially because of how busy they were. But the cooks should really focus on the quality of food. Make sure it tastes good before serving.

My waitress was nice & food was good. But I wasn't impressed with the 2 waitress arguing in front of customers. And Definitely didn't like the way employee on the phone was talking to someone about how they're not responsible if order is wrong. Wow! She was very rude & loud! I was not impressed with this place

Quick to get my food, food was exceptional. I'd recommend breakfast. It's served all day here. Good prices, not too high. A little cramped of a space but not too bad.

First visit . . . busy on Tuesday at 11: 30. Good service (not great because we had to walk to counter for coffee refill). Breakfast was tasty.

We always try our best when on road trips not to eat at chain Eatery's. Where do the "Locals Eat"? The Egg Haven was recommended to us by a local. They serve breakfast all day and while they have a great lunch menu...... well with a name like Egg Haven... you guessed it we had breakfast. 4 egg, meat lovers omelette (ham, sausage, bacon) and cheese the home fries were very crispy on the outside and just right on the inside. The waitress were excellent with their quick service. This is a must when passing through or staying in Winter Haven, maybe next time we will try their lunch menu....... stay tuned.

This was the 1st time I went here for breakfast. I give it 5 Star rating because the food was awesome. I got the Breakfast Haven which included 2 eggs, 2 bacon 2 sausage links, grits, 1 sausage gravy & biscuit for 8,99. It was great. The food was flavor just right & the prices was reasonable. I will definitely will be returning. The ppl that work there are great too.

Very busy on the weekends, but the food is wonderful. Come hungry, I have yet to finish my food at the restaurant. They do have a drive through too!

We just tried Egg Haven for the first time.What a treat!!! From the friendly owner who makes an appearance periodically to the very friendly waiter the food Did NOT disappoint!! I will recommend this place to locals and tourists alike! Thankyou all for making a new resident feel welcome!!

Great breakfast place! Service is super fast, the selection is crazy fantastic, and the food is pretty good too. If you're a culinary critic you won't like this place. Definitely room for improvement in the kitchen. For instance, my wife ordered the Florentine Benedict was served on an English muffin which needed more time in the toaster. My cinnamon roll was served cold. However, that's not why we stopped in here. We came for the variety in the menu, because it's the place where the locals eat, and it's place where you're in and out in minutes. I'll be back folks! A good, simple place to eat.

I want to commend the staff for the excellentt service. Since anywhere you go,eating is not allowed inside. We had to take our food to go. When we arrived home,we found our order exactly as we wanted, and utensils and condiments were included as well. That's exceptional service, I look forward to returning again.

Awesome food, fast service. Stays busy so there may be a little wait. The food typically comes out really quick so they can serve a lot of people. There were some bees outside while we were eating on the patio and one of the brave waitresses distracted them with some syrup. We have never had this issue before and I don't anticipate it will be ongoing.
